Double BEAM PP SPUNBOND NONWOVEN LINE (SS)
1.SS Nonwoven Machine Adopts an intelligent electrical control cabinet and spinning drafting system. The system controlling mode features advanced AC frequency-modulated speed and fully digital synchronized communications.
2.SS Nonwoven Machine is double-beam, owns obvious higher quality as well as larger quantity in production than S Nonwoven Machine.
3.SS Nonwoven Machine runs in high efficiency and low power consumption. Based on the features above, SS Nonwoven Machine can help customers to save labor and wide compatibility with different high requirements of productions.
Production Process
PP chips raw material input → Melt extrusion → Spinning → Quenching → Closure air stretching → web formation → Calendaring → winding → cutting
Application of the PP spunbond nonwoven fabric machine
PP spunbond nonwoven fabric machine is used to produce pp spunbond nonwoven fabric. With slitter in our machine, the fabric can be cut into any width to fit the different requirements.
Use CNC to produce the main parts of the pp spunbond nonwoven machine. Machine rollers use dynamic balance machines to produce the rollers to make the machine run at high speed. Main motors use Siemens motors and use Siemens or ABB drivers to control the whole machine.

2.According to the needs of production, we can add filler and color masterbatch.
3.According to the product performance, it can increase the processing of functional raw materials to produce hydrophilic non-woven fabrics, flame retardant non-woven fabrics, antibacterial non-woven fabrics, etc.
