Maintenance and management of non-woven fabric machine
1.Raw materials must be stacked in order;
All maintenance, spare parts, and other tools should be stored in the toolbox;
2.It is strictly prohibited to place inflammable and explosive materials on the equipment;
3.The parts used shall be kept clean;
4.All parts and components of the equipment must be oiled regularly for rust prevention;
5.Before starting the equipment, the product contact surface on the production line shall be cleaned in time to ensure that it is clean and free of sundries;
6.The site around the equipment shall be kept clean and free of sundries;
7.The electric control device of the equipment shall be kept clean and complete, the lubrication condition of the chain shall be regularly checked and the insufficient ones shall be lubricated.
